Shoppers are rushing to IKEA to get a nifty accessory designed to allow users to watch videos on their smart phones hands-free - and it only costs a dollar. 

The foldable holder can be used to securely prop up a phone in either portrait or landscape to watch movies or TV shows while travelling, take photos or have virtual meetings. 

Sydney TikToker, Adrian Widjonarko recently went viral for showing his followers the $1 find sending viewers into a spin.

Sydney TikToker, Adrian Widjonarko recently went viral for showing his followers the $1 find prompting viewers to rush to the Swedish retail giant 

It has two different slots for most mobile phones to be positioned vertically and horizontally as well as a key ring attachment so it can be used on the go. 

Adrian said the gadget which is called 'yuppienalle' on the IKEA website, is 'so simple yet useful'. 

The popular poster's video has been viewed almost one million times and drew in hundreds of comments from excited shoppers.

'A DOLLAR??? Running to IKEA now. Such great finds!!' one user said.    

'What?! Buying one! It will come in handy on an airplane. Hold my phone on the tray table,' a traveller wrote. 

Some pointed out it can also be used as a bottle opener and another said: 'This is engineering'.   

'This is so good... for procrastinating lol,' laughed a third.
